Terms of service

Who provides Hesra

Paid subscriptions are not yet available. The operator’s legal identity, business address and contact details must be published here before launch.

What the service does

Hesra helps you find rental listings and, when you enable automatic applications, uses the profile and documents you provide to apply to matching listings. You control your search criteria and whether automatic applications are enabled. Keep your information accurate, provide only documents you are entitled to share, and review requests for additional input.

You authorise Hesra to use your stored information for the applications you enable. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. Do not use the service for impersonation, unlawful activity, spam or interference with rental providers.

We cannot guarantee a listing’s availability or accuracy, a completed application, a viewing, a response, or a tenancy. Rental providers make their own decisions and may require login, human checks or extra documents. Technical failures can interrupt automation. We pause uncertain submissions to avoid sending duplicates. Check your application status before applying again elsewhere.

Hesra Free and Hesra Plus

Hesra Free includes 10 confirmed successful applications over the lifetime of your account, including confirmed applications made before this plan was introduced. Failed or cancelled attempts before submission do not use an application. An uncertain submission holds its place until resolved, so a potentially sent application is not submitted again automatically. When your allowance is used, you can continue searching and viewing listings; new application execution pauses.

Hesra Plus costs €9 per month including VAT and includes unlimited applications while your subscription is active. There is no additional per-application fee or hidden paid application quota. Technical concurrency limits and rental-provider restrictions still apply. Upgrading enables eligible future work; it does not automatically retry uncertain submissions.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Stripe processes payments through hosted checkout. Before placing an order you see the price and renewal terms and must actively accept the applicable terms. Hesra Plus renews monthly and the payment method you authorise is charged €9 including VAT for each renewal unless you cancel. Your billing page shows your subscription and renewal details.

You can cancel future renewal at any time through billing settings. Ordinary cancellation keeps Plus access until the end of the paid billing period, then your account returns to Free with its remaining lifetime allowance. Deleting your account cancels the subscription and ends access immediately. Cancellation alone does not automatically create a refund for time already paid; your statutory rights and any refund required by law always apply. Other refund requests are considered individually.

If payment fails, we may pause paid application execution until payment is resolved. We do not charge separately for an application that fails. We will not treat payment failure or account deletion as permission to make new charges.

Withdrawal and statutory rights

If you are an EU consumer buying online, you generally have 14 days from entering the subscription contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw using the operator contact above. For example: “I withdraw from my Hesra Plus subscription purchased on [date], for account [email].” The statutory model withdrawal form may also be used, but is not compulsory.

You can also use the withdrawal function in billing settings. It records your withdrawal notice and confirms receipt; any refund due is reviewed under applicable law.

If you expressly request that service begin during the withdrawal period, any payment for service supplied before withdrawal is limited to what applicable law permits and requires the necessary information and consent. Starting to use Hesra does not by itself waive your withdrawal rights. Nothing here limits mandatory rights to remedies, refunds or compensation for a service that does not conform to its contract.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may make reasonable future changes to meet legal or security requirements, improve the service, or reflect changes in operating costs or third-party services. For price increases or other materially adverse subscription changes, we will explain the change and its reason by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and give you an opportunity to cancel before it applies. A price change will not apply to a period already paid for. Where the law requires your express agreement, we will obtain it.

Urgent changes necessary for security or legal compliance may take effect sooner; we will explain them as soon as reasonably possible. Changes do not remove rights or remedies that have already arisen. If we discontinue paid service, we will give reasonable notice and provide any refund or other remedy required by law.

Account deletion and retention

You can request permanent deletion in account settings after signing in again. Once accepted, we revoke sessions and block new work. We stop active browser work before deleting your encrypted documents, remove your profile, search and application records, cancel Plus immediately, and request deletion of linked analytics and workflow records. Cleanup retries when a provider is unavailable. Analytics deletion is asynchronous; we repeat the request after 24 hours to cover delayed ingestion.

Deletion cannot recall applications or documents already received by rental providers. Those providers control their own records. Payment providers may retain transaction and invoice records they must keep for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations; deletion does not cancel those obligations.

Encrypted backups can retain older data until the backups expire. They are kept out of active use and any restoration must replay deletion requests before service resumes. We keep a minimal deletion journal with the random account ID and request time only as long as needed to prevent restoration from older backups, then remove it once those backups have expired. We do not retain your email, identity or a fingerprint to police a future Free account.

Fair use, responsibility and complaints

We may restrict activity reasonably necessary to protect accounts, investigate misuse, comply with law or protect rental providers, and explain the restriction unless doing so would be unlawful or undermine security. This does not create a hidden numerical limit on Plus applications. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or override your mandatory consumer protections. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue only so far as lawful. You retain any right to complain to a competent authority and bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
